Zara was tied to the shelter fence with 3 other dogs. She is healthy and appears to have already been spayed. She clearly came from a home and from someone who provided for her, but then chose to dump her. She is out with many dogs at the shelter and overall is a quiet girl. She has a playful side but really just wants to be with people. She is a beautiful girl who would love to get our of the shelter and into a home. We do not think she should live in a condo/apartment, but rather a house to have some space. She’d make a really great adventure buddy!
