This guy had owners who kept him tied up on the patio with a cord. They moved and let him loose to the street, then he was hit by a car. He was thought to a broken pelvis but he did not and has been at the shelter for quite some time. Shannon loves toys and the company of other dogs; very dog social! Funny boy! Shannon is higher energy; would be a great running or hiking partner! Likes to play fetch.
