Ross was posted on facebook as being hit by a car. We didn’t see the post until a day later. He had fractured both of his back legs and needed immediate surgery. The vet said the first surgery was like putting a puzzle together. He has surgery on both back legs and spent a couple weeks with the vet. He then came to the shelter where he’s recovering. He gets along great with other dogs and is very sweet. Unfortunately, his body is rejecting the hardware placed so he will be having another surgery in January.
Jan 2025: Ross had his rear right leg amputated. He is getting around great and ready for adoption!
