Raffi was reported on facebook as a dog in need, laying on a sidewalk in Ixtapa. A wonderful women couldn’t sit by so she went to rescue him and immediately took him to the vet. He was severely malnourished, had erlichea, anemia and mange. He went short term to a foster home to get some much needed rest. He is now at the shelter and doing quite well. He can be a little timid to new people but once he learns he’s safe, he becomes a playful boy. Raffi is a ladies man (dog). He prefers woman and is afraid of men and his response is barking. He will need someone with patience and training to help him with his anxiety. Very dog social and loves going for walks.
