Jasper was picked up in Puerto Vallarta, seen trying to cross at a very busy intersection, near the military base and Corona. He was immediately very well behaved in the car and calm. He did have on a collar but no ID tags. We posted him on many groups across the Bay to try and locate his owner. Unfortunately, nobody stepped up to claim him. He gets along great with other dogs and it’s clear he was treated well before coming to us. He will be neutered at the end of January and has started his other protocols. He is available for adoption.
