Freddy came from La Penita, he received chemotherapy for TVT. He’s had a few surgeries to remove lesions, the most recent being Grade 3 squamous cell carcinoma. He will need to be monitored for any future lesions. Freddy is the most loving dog you might ever meet. He only wants to please his humans. He would do best in a home with no other dogs. He’s very playful with toys and knows how to fetch. He has so much love to give, has learned to sit and stay and walks well on a leash. He is very gentle with adults. Our shelter trainer has said Freddy is a “house dog”, meaning, he’s such a good boy, he should be in a home and not the shelter. He would be the utmost perfect dog to give someone companionship but also protect humans and property.
