Senior - Franco was a street dog thought to have had TVT due to a large mass on his back end. An oncologist determined it is not TVT but rather a perianal hernia. He is a very quiet boy who loves attention and he gets along well with other dogs. Franco would be a great choice for a forever foster. This older boy deserves to live out his life in a comfortable home with someone to love.
