Biscuit was noticed alone at night near an OXXO, in a small town not far from the shelter. Our director pulled over to check on him when she saw he was in the middle of the highway. She was able to stop traffic to get him. He’s was a bit underweight when we found him but already is looking great. He did test positive for erlichea (very common), but was already treated with antibiotics. He is a super playful, energetic puppy. Gets along great with other dogs. He’s ready for adoption!
