Betty was tied to a tree in Pontoroque. She can be timid initially to new people but warms up quickly. Overall a quiet, submissive but sweet girl. Gets along great with other dogs, loves toys. She is free range at the shelter meaning she is never kenneled. She never causes any problems. Betty is heartworm positive and asymptomatic. She needs an adopter or rescue committed to treating her. We don’t have the capability to treat her and keep her in a calm environment. She’s such a lovely dog, we’d really like to see her be adopted and taken care of.
